Restaurant Case Study No 1 - 16th Street and Bethany Home

DESCRIPTION: Utilizing donated reclaimed telephone poles, cast concrete, and weathering steel, a otherwise ubiquitous strip center is transformed and activated at the corner with a new modern French Restaurant featuring a indoor outdoor bar, protected outdoor dining space, and a double sided outdoor fireplace.

Restaurant Case Study No 2 - 44Th Street & Indian School Road

DESCRIPTION: A dilapidated flooring store is transformed into a New American Restaurant concept. The existing brick is salvaged, integrating with new weathering plate steel shade hoods. A north facing clerestory window now activates the Indian School Road frontage and draws people from the street. A lattice shade structure extends from the roof line to protect a outdoor beer garden.
